Welcome to Bump to You. By creating an account or using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Not Medical Advice

Bump to You is a wellness and self-care companion, not a medical service. The content, AI companion, symptom guidance, and recovery information in the app are for general informational and emotional support only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or a qualified health provider with any questions about your health or your baby's health.

In an emergency, call 911 immediately. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, you can call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or contact Postpartum Support International at 1-800-944-4773.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bump to You. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Bump to You offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional features. Available plans and prices are shown in the app before you purchase.
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
• If your subscription includes a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bump to You only for your own personal, lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, or interfere with its operation or security.

6. Your Content

Your journal entries, check-ins, and chats belong to you. By using the app, you grant us the limited permission needed to store and process this content so we can provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your content, or delete your entire account, at any time from within the app.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bump to You is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Your continued use of Bump to You after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
